About Bob
Robert (Bob) desires to serve financial advisors and employers in the Midwest by using his experience in the retirement plan industry to help them accomplish their goals. Bob has more than 23 years of industry experience working in qualified plan sales, plan and document design, administration, and developing client relationships.
Bob works with financial advisors, CPAs, and other centers of influence to help them meet the needs of their clients. He is also well known in the industry as a valuable resource for continuing education, informative seminars, and technical expertise in the qualified plan space.
Through ERISA services, Bob serves approximately 1,500 employers and works with over 400 financial professionals to complement their services in helping our clients achieve their retirement goals. Bob’s main goal is to grow and develop the Midwest market.
The team at ERISA Services is dedicated to the success and well-being of your retirement plan. Through your relationship with our consultants and relationship managers, we will work with you to understand your company, your employees and your employee benefit plan’s objectives. We will tailor a design for you to achieve these goals as each client has different objectives for their retirement plan.

About Megan
After graduating from Kansas State University with a Bachelor of Science in Sociology & Psychology, I worked in both foster care and with human trafficking victims for three years. At the height of the pandemic, I began doing marketing work for Bob Miller, my father, which shortly turned into a full time career as the current Internal Sales and Marketing Manager for ERISA Services Midwest.
